Looks like Wipr 2 works in iOS to block ads and crap. Works in Firefox too, if you give them more money. Didn’t know iOS 26 had such a feature, assumed a local VPN was still needed. May have issues, depending on what iOS 26 version you have though. Seems to work fine for me though, and on cellular.

No more ads all over GBAtemp on my phone, when not on WiFi. Or did they remove the auto refreshing ads?

Not using any custom DNS on my phone either anymore. Was trying to use Mullvad when not at home, well that’s a 200+ms ping. Nice delay on cellular using that.

I think last time I looked at Wipr, the blocking for other apps, wasn’t available yet.

Beats fucking with different DNS servers. And can use my local VPN as well when at home. Without trying to make a shortcut, that fails to work.
