If you need shaving advice, ask a lady. They likely shave their legs at least.

Heck, some even shave their face.

Now if you don’t care about cutting yourself, get a safety razor. Do those cause irritation? Well, if you slice your face up, probably.

Some people shouldn’t use a safety razor, like me. Probably have to pay way more attention to use one of those.
